you should focus on reading it "to" them.

You can visualize something that represents your tulpa

I keep getting too deep into my reading and forget that im supposed to be reading to my tulpa

Maybe it'll help if you visualize your tulpa in open space

use a prop maybe? some visual aid to remember

try addressing them occasionally

I would suggest reading allowed if you are forgetting to read to them.
